RACS-Seq®, the world’s first instrument system for Raman-activated cell sorting and sequencing, is based on the Ramanome concept and the Raman-activated Gravity-driven Cell Encapsulation (RAGE) device. RACS-Seq not just identifies individual cells based on their metabolic phenome (as unveiled by Single-cell Raman Spectrum), but also sorts the target cells in a microdroplet-encapsulation manner which retains cellular activity and greatly elevates the coverage of single-cell genome sequencing.
CAST-R™, or Clinical Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test Ramanometry, was invented by us to enable rapid profiling of antimicrobial susceptibility. Based on D2O-probed single-cell Raman microspectroscopy, CAST-R™ directly measures the metabolic phenotypes of microbial drug response at single-cell resolution from clinical samples. As no cell propagation is required, the AST results can be obtained within 3 hrs, representing 10-fold acceleration from existing methods. As the first medical instrument of its kind globally, CAST-R™ has entered hospitals for clinical application demonstration.
EasySort® includes two models. EasySort® Lego is a ready-to-go module that can be integrated with any commercial microscopes or microspectrometers and enables them with the cell sorting capability. EasySort® Compact is a standalone instrument equipped with a large screen for visually controlling the sorting of single-cells.
FlowRACS®, an automated flow-mode Raman-activated cell sorting system based on our patented pDEP-RACS technology, allows metabolic phenome based profiling and sorting of cells via Raman spectrum at high speed (300-600 cells/min).
